Question About Dialer

Suppose I get a dialer from insurancedialers.com or mojo. Does that include phone service as well? or is that just for the software? Do I need to get an IP phone as well? or does the dialer service go straight through the computer?

Most dialer services go straight to the computer.


Insurancedialers.com is pretty expensive for what it is.
