what we do is not on the certification exam..... navigators have a certification too.... you can be a navigator or an agent.... gotta pick one....

You were the one who asked the question and found fault with the correct answer you got back.

If you ask an intelligent question about something you have researched and don't understand it's one thing, if you post something and then challenge the answer why should anyone help you?

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I just don't like being attacked for asking a question and yes I agree I should've done my research before posting. I appreciate that there's a forum where we can help each other out.
