Question: California State Exchange and Missouri ACA Fed Exchange

Brain thumper. Haven't run across this one yet. Client who is married with one child. Female and child live in CA. Husband lives in MO. and they will file married in 2025.

Can she and the child apply in the CA Exchange and him in Mo Fed exchange and use the subsidy in both?

Don't think so as you have to use primary residence of where you file taxes. I think calif has many ppo offerings, buy a plan that has network in both states off ca exchange
