base plus good commission, i would take it if i was independent.

Yes I was referring to life insurance here

I have figured and thought and figured and thought and it this structure looks good to me if I can get the base rather than hourly plus the renewals I am wanting

Does anyone know of any other structure if the owner would rather use another or not accept the changes to this one?
