How many people are going to be living in the house? Or is it now just 2 tenants, one in each side of the duplex?

the dwelling is a duplex and has two sepaarate enrtrances so two senior families will be living in there.

Was able to secure a personal lines vacant dwelling policy w wind in their corporate name for 3 months while minor repairs are done. ill then switch them over to a DP1 in the corp name with wind. both thru lloyds.

done & spoke to the client... should lead to greener pastures.
