Re: Quick Question

Sam,
Here is THE ANSWER to this question....It depends....
Are they providing you with leads? how many? what is the production requirement? You can always get a contract that pays you more, but you will not get much support

Re: Quick Question

ya the leads are free, there are two type of leads, one without appointments meaning that the homeowner doesn't know about the insurance we sell, and the second one is appointments which the homeowner is interested in the insurance, but someone needs to go and explain it to them. The second type of leads i get only 75 percent commision on the first type i get 95 and 100 depending on the compnay. But i don't understand your second question.

Hey Sam, I have the answer you are looking for. Yes this appears to be a good deal for you. As long as you aren't paying rent for an office or anything this sounds like a good deal, being someone who is new to the business which means you have produced squat, yet you are getting 95 and 100% commission and they provide a lead program. That's pretty good man, of course if you start producing apps on a regular basis you can and should ask for a little bit more.

Sound like you are in the right track sam. You just have to love your job in order to succeed. For myself, I think this is a good deal for a new agent.
