I have my 2nd of 4 interviews with NYL this friday, i have a feeling their gunna hire me. my question is. what is their starting compensation? im pretty sure its 100% commission. is that 90% of the premium or what? ty for answers.

My guess would be a fixed salary for X weeks, but the best answer you will get is by asking them.

55% by NY law but they get around it by various bonuses for production, retention, etc. The same is true for all NY dominciled companies includng Guardian.

That's a misleading number though. The carriers can and do pay higher than that if they want by calling it an expense compensation.
