My concern are the client being on anti depressants or anxiety medicines for a short or long period of time.

reg anti depressants are usually never an issue for anyone except for all state and even them just for rates

The only time to be concerned is if there is

A) Hospitalization
B) Meds used for Bipolar, or some other higher mental condition

I have had people try and tell me the take Depakote for mild depression, No sorry, No one prescribes that for that

I have had some issues a few years ago with amitriptyline

But for the average Sertraline, escitalopram Fluoxetine and the like never an issue
