Quotit IPro Not Working?

I have used Quotit for years and found the format to be user friendly. Today I talked to a prospect that had received a web based proposal from me listing two plans.

When we talked I told him he has the ability to view about 70 different plans. No, he can only see the two I sent.

Sure enough when I clicked on the proposal link your prospect can no longer view other plans.

When did this happen?

It seems Quotit considers this a feature, not a flaw.

At some point they disabled the "view other plans" option when I send out a proposal.

Of course this makes no sense at all since someone can generate their own quote and see all the carriers but when I send a proposal they only see a few.

I am beginning to question the value of a quoting service, especially as OEP comes to a close.
