Anyone can fill out a 1099 form.
There is nothing on that form that indicates it is the original form from Lincoln Heritage except their address.

Why call BS? There supposedly are a couple of others in that organization making that kind of money.. If you build a large enough down line of actual producers, it can be done. One thing to take note of is he says he works 50-60 hours per week. That is probably at least 20 -30 hours more than most agents. r

I would not think anyone does it as a "producer"... Would be tough to sell $20K+ in FE premium per month. I would think those that make that are recruiters that have large down lines.
