I was wondering if agents that do phone applications record there conversation after disclosing it to the client.
As I've never done it, I consider it would be indispensable in order to avoid possible litigation.
Recently I had to mail a full paper app copy to a customer who said he had absolutely no paper work in his hands.
He was really annoyed after waiting over two months for BBSF and having his rates substantially increased.
