Congressional Budget Office has bumped the 1 trillion projection up to 1.3 trillion.

Trillion here and a trillion there and pretty soon it begins to add up to real money.

Not surprisingly the numbers will always be smokey because Obama is trying to project a net number which tinkers in alleged, fabricated, projected, whatever savings to offset the costs. So you read the Senate Finance number and it is 1.6 and then you toggle over to the CBO number and it is 1.3 and then you smoke a little dope and enter Obamaland and it is suddenly "revenue neutral."

Same thing with the stimulus and jobs money. We have steadily lost jobs since it was appropriated but, not to worry, we have saved hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, that would have otherwise have been lost. How do we know this? Joe Biden says it is so.

All you have to do is look at long DEM controlled states. CA, MI and OR.

Obama has a clear Senate majority and is able to do almost anything he dreams of. So if he does not get the program he wants, whose fault is that?

It is true that, as predicted, many nutcase liberal programs are beginning to blow up right in his face right as he is trying to give a couple more generations of spending away. "Nutcase programs" would include the flopulus package as well as anything you have supported in Cailifornia for the last twenty years.

Now he has a barrel full of moderates who still want to do something but dont want to see the country tank as CA is. Let's see. That must be Freddie's fault........no wait. Sarah Palin. Yeh, that's it.

Oops, Unions balked. I was actually reading last night that they are talking about exempting the union health plans from the taxes that will be imposed on others. This will make the unions happy.

Of course, there are no special interest influences in the Obama administration.
