I will see more later but I saw about three minutes of Obama's pre-town hall meeting speech today.

He starts carrying on about how we absolutely must have a public option because that is the only way that we can guarantee competition in the marketplace.

I was at a life insurance client's business yesterday who's also a Chicago-based Obama reelection organizer. He confided that the President's reelection chances are growing dimmer by the day. In fact, he was working with international groups yesterday to raise quick $$$ because U.S. donations are tanking.

One thing that was a little disconcerting is that he told me not to divulge this to anyone, or "something bad" would happen to him. That was a chilling statement because I heard 3 weeks ago on the radio that a Chicago NAACP leader stated he was voting for Romney and why. The next day, he got a call from Obama's Chicago HQ advising him to change his stance or "something bad" could happen to his wife and/or children.

Why should that surprise anyone?
