If AI can figure out what tone of language to use when a 60 year old guy says his 22 year old wife would be fine and there is no need for life insurance, we will be out of a job.

That is simple. Experienced agents like ourselves already know, which is exactly how the AI system will learn.

AI does not need to start from scratch, it compiles the knowledge of hundreds, if not thousands of experienced agents, and can immediately put all of that to use. And it learns at speeds much faster than our human brains are consciously capable of.

If a human knows what to do in that situation, an AI system can easily learn it. Not only that, it can compare the method you teach it, against methods other agents teach it. Then analyze results and find the most effective combo of what has been taught for that situation.

Ive taken a couple of free online college level classes recently in AI technology. Understood maybe about half of what was taught (I dont speak computer coding). But from what I did understand, I know that this is like nothing we have experienced before. Most white collar workers think they are safe from AI consolidation.... they are not. I feel our industry will be a prime market for AI tech.

I agree with you many large investment banks use AI to make simple investments. Insurance agents are going to diversify in the within the next 20 years.
