Just wanted to introduce myself. I found this forum while looking for a group of agents to share ideas and learn a few things from.
Here is my background: My husband and I own two agencies in Texas. We are a captive agency. Our agencies sell P&C, Life, Commercial, and Financial products. We have 5 staff people working for us. Our first agency is 2 years old and we recently bought out an agent and took over the second agency about two months ago. They are located two hours from one another so it keeps us very busy!
I would love to share my experience and knowledge and gain some as well!
