Sales Follow-Up Letter

I think you guys might be wrong in this situation about them not wanting anything. It sounds to me like he's gotten some direct mail leads that thought they were sending their contact info in to get someting sent to them.

Now I DO agree that they most likely are just seeing what's out there and the ROI for these people is small...but some of these people might really be wanting to get info to make an informed decision.

:laugh::twitchy:

Thanks for the laugh.

okay I'll agree I'm sure that in there somewhere is 1 or 2 people that maybe have coverage they want to replace or want to get coverage and where accountants or engineers in there working life and want to run all the numbers etc... the problem is getting them to stop looking and do something and a doubt a 1 time letter will do that which is why I believe I mentioned earlier that I no longer send anything by snail mail....if we are talking email I'll do it...but only because I'm doing to drop them into an autoresponder and drip on them over time.

Good post, Peter, but the word in red with the underline should be the adjective "their" instead of the adverb "there." Their indicates possesion while there indicates place.:yes:

You are correct Arnguy, my bad....I admit I don't work too hard on my spelling and grammar on this board...I believe you still get the jist of the message...

The important part if you agree with me is, Are there any ways to convert those 1 or 2 people of interest without mailing many people wasted information and wasting your time or money?

You can do a drop by and than talk about something other than insurance, I offer other things like family discount card for vision hearing and dental, free name brand perscriptions lowest cost med supp low cost final expense. People who don't put a number or just want info is nothing but a brush off. You have to use your people skills on them. Good Luck and Happy Selling. You can also do a reverse look up for the phone number.
