Salvage Towing Operators

I am looking for a market or carrier to go with that would be a good home for salvage auto tow truck operators any suggestions?

First, you need to say what state you are looking for. Makes a big difference.

Also, does 'salvage auto tow truck' include impound towing? Are they towing cars away from scenes of accidents? Do they have a contract with the local police department?

Sorry I am in Texas and they do no repo or city or 24 service. They only haul cars from the insured location to insurance auction location
