I think the Hawkster and I are kindred spirits. Even though he's not a debit agent, he thinks like one (that is, like a GOOD debit agent). In light of his comment about the south, I'll just say that the Midwest has its good points. It's mostly flat, so not that many points either good or bad. But a few here and there, so I guess we're glad you're around, too!
