I was running a review for a client today and noticed that the results list of plans included carriers who are no longer in the county, plans that are discontinued in 2025, and monthly cost estimates based on a coverage gap. After double-checking everything, clearing cache, etc. the problem still remains. I've put in a support ticket but if you're using S&S you will want to make sure you're looking at 2025 and not 2024 numbers.

December 1st reminder when running quotes

Good Day,

Please remember that on December 1st we discontinue the ability to quote 2024 plans.

If you still see 2024 plans in your clients quote it is because you did not click the "UPDATE" button to show 2025 plans.

This often happens when you have not gone into a clients list since last year.

A simple click of the "UPDATE" button in the Location & Plan Year section of the Customer Profile will set everything right.

We hope this reminder helps!

Sincerely,

That seemed to work. But it's still a problem that the client's banner shows "2025" when it is actually returning "2024" results. Some kind of visual warning would be nice.

It'll update to 2025 when you select it. Close the plan you're looking at and it should work.

However, a week or two ago, I couldn't get 2025 plans to show either. It was selected and still showed 2024. I logged out and back in and it corrected it.
Their site is riddled with bugs, slow, and it looks outdated. They better hope no one else gets an accurate doctor lookup tool. They'll be out of biz if they don't get better.
