Search & Save has now color coded non-commissioned MAPD and PDP stand alone plans. The color is a yellow and is there to help agents know what is and is not commissioned. We must work to protect our business and get paid for our work or at least know if we will not be paid up front.
Please remember this is live but we are continuing to work on this as we have to do this manually. The carriers will not provide us this information up front!

You might want to start a thread asking agents to post plans they know aren't paying commissions and in what state. While you are likely to get duplicate information that way, and the results may not be country wide, you could confirm those first while you are working on the others. That might get some of your database updated faster.

Also since you appear to work for search and save you might want to read this thread (I saw you responded in the other one):

Just a heads-up that Search & Save now highlights non-commissioned MAPD and PDP stand-alone plans in yellow, so it's easier to spot which plans are non-commissioned. This should help us stay on top of which plans pay commissions and which don't.

Aetna Medicare FL Explorer Premier (PPO) H5521-437

in highlight yellow in S&S?

Ahh S&S has sent an email complaining that their users are complaining and not civil enough.

The fact is, their customer service is horrible. They fail to understand that the only way you make money is to keep their customers happy.

I'm ready to cancel. I've never called their customer support and their email was out of line. I hope they don't go out of business too quickly.

What an insane thing to send to paying customers

Zero positive outcomes with this email. He could have simply stopped phone call support and stated that in an email they wanted to keep it, but they couldn't.

What a dumb thing to blame "99.9 % of complaints are user error" when there's zero chances this looks good for your company.

it seems that with that recent 150% price increase S&S could have used that extra revenue to hire more customer support agents, and make the website better.
I understand growing pains, and am willing to be patient and work with it, but with an increase in price like that there needs to be some improvements
