When enrolling secure horizons UHC what is the preferred method? Is a face to face still required? If so if it is not a possibility what steps do you take?

You can mail the application to them. I have mailed the applications and then faxed them to my FMO so they can enter them electronically. Your FMO would have to be set up to do e-enrollments.

As long as you can understand what Hagi is saying when you call for a service issue. I've talked to them three times this season... I can barely understand WTF they are saying.

Yea CMS... we make too much F'ing money.

don't wanna beat a dead horse...but you do NOT have to do face to face?

Ask your FMO if he is set up for e-Enrollment.

If he doesn't know what you are talking about, then that answers your question for you... you'll have to do F2F.

If he does, then let him explain the procedures to you about remote enrollment.

You can call aarp secure horizons and order for FREE an electronic signature pad to hook to your laptop. When your in the meeting and close the sale you can just do an app on your computer and they can electronically sign your sig pad. When you get home you just hit send and off it goes. I have found my fmo to be useless in my endeavor so I cut them out and do it myself.

Penny,

The original poster was asking if a face to face was required and if so, what if it's not possible to have a face to face. The signature pad would involve a face to face.
