Senior Life Insurance Company

So...1-2%. Got it. Thanks for confirming..snake

Keep digging - you'll get the right answer soon . . .

It's simple. You will have a "main" starting point when hiring an FE agent. I already know what it is because OLA has set "levels" to bring agents in. That main starting level is 45% my man. (Feel free to prove me wrong but I only bet when I know I am right)

45% is the lowest level available. Where a new agent starts is at the discretion of the managing Agent . . .

There is zero...ZERO....% renewals on that level. Doesn't matter 2nd year or 20th year. You're trying to plead your case with not just "agents" but managers and agency owners(like myself) who have to know these things. THAT is one of the jobs of being an upline.

You are incorrect. All agents earn renewals on any business that sticks . . . Dude - I managed dozens of agents in the past - I may have left the biz but I'm no rookie . . . . Go fix your website "owner" . . .

The only reason I'm pushing you is because the more you talk on here, the less you can keep your comments straight. If I didn't have an actual life...I WOULD post the BS you're asking us to prove. But those folks can simply go back to when...last week? To go see your posts. Isn't that when you came here to start raping the forum and pimping your false been there done that secret sauce next millionaire program???

My comments haven't crossed yet - please show me?

Bahahahaha @ "raping and pimping" the forum. Nothing that I've posted is false. Again - please show me?

You are like a thirsty sheep - lips just a smacking the tongue . . . When you can back up your mouth - please post it . . .

I'm gonna go ahead now and drop the mic!

Bye Felecia!

What are you 12 years old . . .

What are you 12 years old . . .

Shouldn't you be working on becoming a lic'd agent?

Again...I know more than you think. You will have to bring them in at the bottom level and based on their production determined by OLA...that is when they can get a higher contract. Yes..."some" you may be able to offer higher to start. But most will start at the first level. There is NO...NADA...NO RENEWALS at the 45-50% commission levels. Show us different. But you're saying out right lies.

Fix my website??? LOL I always work to make it better so I'm open to suggestions but it's pretty nice the way it is. ???

...Earn $1000 a week - part time? How can you say that when you're not even selling the product yourself??? I'm using basic math and true #'s here....for an agent to make $1K a week...they would have to sell around $3K a week to "make" that money. Then take away the tax....gas...food... So REALLY....an agent on your system would REALLY need to sell at LEAST 4K in AP a week to REALLY bring home $1K a week. I don't know that the "average" agent will sell that much every week. The average agent typically sells about 2600-2800 a week in AP. Average.

Free Training, Um...I would hope it was free if you are making an o/w?

Free Leads...just FYI (and I also offer free leads)...you are going to have to go through a whoooooooole lotta sh&% agents to find a good one. MOST agents who want the free lead program are broke....in major debt....etc.... because they can't sell and they can't do this. They can't afford gas. They will take your leads to "try" it...then fail miserably and blame you. So despite your grand outlook...I give you 2 years AT BEST with your system. I have seen this time and time again with this same program.

Residual Income....well...we already know where I stand on that statement.

This whole thing is just so ridiculous and the more you try to rebut on here...the more foolish and untrustworthy you look.

Why don't you just "start over" again and like a said...get a true strategy.

But I doubt that will happen.

I guess I'm not smart enough to remember mine. Seems like they tested us in High School. I think mine was 160 or 170...something like that.:GEEK:

You can't really pay attention to IQ tests. If anything it only registers "potential".

I've done them where the score came back near to 200, and I've done some where it was only about 140 or so. I think anything over 160 is supposed to be genius level. I might be a genius in some areas, but certainly not in the areas that count! LOL

Everything done - just waiting on the Fingerprints to get back to State from Cogent . . . They said 11/11 more than likely . . .

AHIP is almost done - just hit the submit button when License in hand next week. But - thanks Dad :)

Again - you are incorrect . . . Everything is disclosed within my Agent Opportunity Events. Swing by and join one - you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I can start an Agent at 45% or 50% - my choice because it's my spread. Agents are vested from Day 1 - this includes renewals on WL, Wraps, MA and Med Sup . . . I haven't said a single lie yet - prove me wrong . . .

Your math sucks . . . Here - I'll dumb it down for you . . . This won't include renewals or months 7 thru 12 As Earned commissions . . .

24 A Leads and 45 B Leads . . .

Close 1 in 6 of A leads (4) and 1 in 15 of B leads (3) for a $30 a month FE policy @ a 50% level with 6 month advance. Just FE gross commissions = $630.

Then from all those leads - just write 3 MA's - 1 True Up @ $429 commission and 2 Replacements @ $222 commission = $873 . . .

Total Gross Commission = $1503

Deduct 20% Chargebacks = $301

$40 Gas x 5 Days = $200

Total Net Earned that week = $1,002 . . . Part-time . . .

BUT WAIT - there is more . . .

Then once their 7th month in business hits they will earn $25 per month per FE policy on the books and that grows thru month 12 - then it will roll each month thereafter. . .

7 per week x 4.3 weeks a month = 30 policies per month rounded down. Project that same 80% of business sticks - 24 in month 7, then 24 more in month 8, etc - will give the agent 144 policies x $25 month = $3,600 per month just in As Earned - or - another $900 per week . . .

Get it?

FIIIIIIIIIINALLY!!!! You at least admit the contract level that I have stated this whole time. Thank you! Now...tell us the renewal levels for 45 and 50%.

Go on now....

Or would you like me to REPEAT them for you.

And your math sucks. Again...smoke and mirrors.

If your agents average sale is $30 a month premium....you need to just stop now. Thats so low. ****...my average agent sells $60-$70 a month per sale over the phone. Low premium means lack in confidence.

Wow - 2 years eh . . . Based upon opinions of some on the forum - that is very generous. Thank you for believing in me . . .

Residual Income....well...we already know where I stand on that statement.

Yes Sir! Awesome isn't it! Vested Day 1 . . . Renewals on WL, Wraps, MA, Med Sup starting the 13th month. WL up to 10 years depending on Carrier! Life for all other biz that stays on the books . . . Wish that I would have never quit . . .

This whole thing is just so ridiculous and the more you try to rebut on here...the more foolish and untrustworthy you look.

Actually - my data and posts are spot on. I believe you and the rest of the DD should look in a mirror . . .

Carry on digger . . .

Several have tried to spell this out to you and yes, you do keep sidestepping the true answer. So, I'm going to put it out here just as straight as it can be.

Let's say you start an agent on 45% with Foresters (one of OLA's biggest). What are the renewals for years 2-3 and what are they for years 4-10?

Let me spell out how he's going to teach his team to write 2-3 MA plans outside of AEP. He's not because HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND INSURANCE.

LOL - Todd - I can read man. I understood everyone's asking about Renewal % and like I stated it varies between agent levels and it's not my place to post that in a public forum.

But - without a doubt - agents on my Team are paid renewals to all current agents for the WL, Indemnity, MA and Med Sup products regardless of their personal earning level.

Not side-stepping. Just not my place. On an Agents personal earning level - those commission levels are pretty much set, so it is okay to discuss them. Renewals are different . . .

Renewals coupled with the As Earned 7th - 12th month commissions are what provide Team Members with "Residual Income" . . .

Ricky, Ricky . . . Had I been licensed yesterday, I would have done a same day SOA and had that MAPD True Up app sold and in my briefcase . . .

1 True Up and 2 Replacements a week is not "Rocket Science" . . .

T65 and C-SNP and D-SNP plans - come on man - you know that . . . not to mention those that will have SEP due to various issues. Just have to find them . . . Luckily - we have an awesome Lead Program
