This should be a warning to anyone who searches “senior life” here and decides to contract with them, unless they reverse this debt and make it right, they are not an agent friendly company.

Thank you. At that period of time your manager should have informed you that all new agents would need to take 30 $10 FB leads their first week to jump start their career with SL.

If a new agent didn't want the 30 FB leads their first week the manager was suppose to say something along the lines of we're not a good match for the new agent. SL wanted new agents to plug into the system that all successful FE agents do: invest in leads and then go have a conversation with those leads....every week.

Your manager dropped the ball. Happens with all organizations.

They have already earned this reputation in the agent community. Now they are trying hard to keep it.

I see them on the quoting tool, and see they are competitive and seen a lot of positive stuff on youtube, found they say they are like Lincoln with the service, and helping with discounted rates

But after seeing this I think I should stay far away from them

Pretty sure FexQuotes has had wrong quotes for them for several years. I know when we had them for a short time in 2020 I thought they had really good smoker rates according to FexQuotes. However in reality those rates were all wrong and the real best rate was more than double what FexQuote was quoting.

I’m not sure if this info is still correct but it was then.

I will, if they don’t make it right. I’m not trying to make enemies, especially if it could have been an honest mistake (giving the benefit of the doubt). But the whole experience trying to get a hold of anyone, and getting no response until I posted on here (isn’t that interesting), not a great taste.
