Hello Everyone, I am new to the senior market actually going to be jumping into the market within the next month or so but I am looking to find out which companies offers the best product in Florida with the best commission for FE and med supplemental. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great also just a quick question working 40/hrs a week is it possible to make 2,000 a week?

Sure it is...after about 5 to 6 years or so...

This is not a 9 to 5 job.

You get out of it what you put into it.

First couple of years is hard, until you learn from all of your mistakes and learn you niche.

Get your name out there and get in front of people.

The problem is that most prospects don't have enough coverage/protection and you need to show them this and help them.

I use to love to say, " What is you plan" Hmm, How is that going to work for you I wonder?

Both Mark and Moonlight are spot on. If someone is going to average $2,000 per week it will usually take a minimum of 3-5 years to achieve that kind of product and some never do.

Sure you can do it... spending $1000's/mo. for leads and ads, taking advances, and having to "work" far longer (years wise) under those conditions than you'd want to.

I entered the senior market 10/05 working 50-60 or more hours per week. I did that for about two years straight. Then maybe 40-50 hrs/wk. Now... maybe 30ish.

Now I make more than that per week from those efforts. All as earned... no advances now. I took some at first to cover the cost, but got off em as soon as I could.
