small business and self employed health insurance

I wasn't sure where to post this. Can a life and health agent make any money on the millions that will look for this aca exempt product? what can we do? I was part of Covered CA when I was near the border,, but what a joke,, I didnt even sell anything,, this could be better? how to get in now? thanks..

He was not referring US Health advisors. He was referring to actual insurance plans for the new law it seems
