If the client is Fully Dual, he may have a better deal getting his script filled at the local pharmacy...

Maybe he'll save a couple dollars a month, but if He is on Medicaid he can probably use the extra cash for something else.

If he meets the "needs test" by filing VA Form 10-10EZ he can get his meds free. IMHO, it only makes sense for maintenance type drugs.
