First post. Any Best and Affordable Homeowner Insurance in Southern California Los Angeles, East of Beverly Hills within 200 ft of the hillside, in a Bush and Earthquake zone? I am currently with Farmers probably grand fathered over 15 years ago for the zoning.
Recently quoted Amica, AAA Socal and Ameriprise and they all declined to insure. Quoted Mercury 15 years ago and they declined then. The reasons given were less than 1000 ft from hillside, rated 9 in EQ (not over any active EQ fault as far as I know), and > $750K replacement value. Anyone with recent new insurance coverage from an insurer? Thanks for the response.
