Software to Simplify Admin Work

I run an agency - 4 salaried sales agents and growing in January. Admin is time consuming work. I take on the role because I can't justify hiring any admin support at current size. Right now the work load is very manageable. However, I can see how it will quickly become all consuming with scale.

Are there any recommendations for tools/software that have worked for you to simplify; book reporting, client falloff, commission tracking across all carriers? Mostly focused on MAPD.
