I have written both. I haven't seen a rate increase for the GI, but the SIWL is not as competitive as it once was.

I've kept them on my radar for a bit. They seem slow in the back office. What has been your experience thus far? Positive?

They are slow to issue, but they want to grow so they must add staff so maybe things will speed up. The only thing I don't like about their underwriting is they won't let you complete the PHI when at the home.

That's a red flag to me. Just saying. Mr. Agent we don't trust you... so write the paper work up and move on.
