Are there any spanish agents on here? I want to get an opinion on something.

Do you think that spanish people in America when are searching for insurance or other things online. Do they type in english to find them or spanish?

Say you wanted to find a lender. Do they type Lender
or Prestamos for example to find them.

My guess is, if they are Spanish only then they may search in Spanish. However, I would bet that they would have an English speaker do a search also. If bi-lingual, then in English.

I wonder the same thing, i have asked a few lead sources if they have spanish language leads as a filter and always get a no

Good question, I don't know Spanish, but here are my thoughts as a Chinese speaker. Going by past experiences, Chinese and I think minorities in general will be calling agencies that they already know speak their language. Minorities like to use people from word of mouth or if they live in a ethnic enclave, they will just walk into the local bilingual insurance agency. They will not use the internet to look for quotes unless they are very fluent in English. Now are they going to use Chinese search engines? Personally no, the older generation tend not to use computers and if they do, they will be using Google in english rather than Baidu. My two cents.

From what I have seen, word of mouth is the best way. Once you take care of one family, they tell all their friends and the flood gates open.
