Can anyone tell me about them and how to get access to them? Do they appoint independent agencies? I've run across them on some trucking accounts as well as rental properties. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

They are a program insurance company. You need to find the program underwriter for the program to gain access.
Also I believe they have been downgraded to B.
