Staffing Agency Workers Comp

Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for a workers comp quote for a staffing agency with the EX Mod of 249% anybody know carrier that would accept it risk, or any of the agents have experience about this risk and like to work on this one, I can give it away. The risk is in California.

How did the rate get so high from that type of business.....

you might be stuck with the state plan or a payroll companys plan

How much payroll is involved and in which class codes.

They had PEO and got non renewal, while in transition with the new PEO company the claim arise. They just looking for class code 8810 for about 1mil in payroll.

Not a chance anyone will write it... and there is very little chance that they got to a 2.44 mod off of a few claims. Nobody except SCIF is going to look at that and they will not pay commission on staffing... you might as well tell them to go direct.
