State Commissions for 1/1/14

Any news updates on commissions for 1/1/14 in your states? If so, whats the % increase/decrease from prior year? Florida carriers are keeping the cards hidden. I don't think they are even going to release plans until 10/1

No news. At all. Everyone will wait for some other carrier to be first to release commissions in each state.

I posted the NY off-exchange only rate filings in the NY Reform section. They include commissions. https://myportal.dfs.ny.gov/web/prio...ons-by-company

**Not on-exchange**, exclusively out-of-exchange products.

Looks like about half are staying around where they are (3-4% in NY), The other half are decreasing or possibly eliminating. No one raised.

The on-exchange rate filings are due to release this week. From the guidance posted by the NY DFS, they should have commissions. That link I posted will have the new filings whenever they get released.
