I was wondering what you guys think about all the debate over health reform. First is the health insurance mandate constitutional in your opinion? States are supposed to submit their applications for federal funding for their health insurance exchange by Fall 2012, but speculation over the mandate has stalled preparations to make preparations to build the exchanges. Now the Supreme Court has decided to hear the case, and decide by summer 2012.
