YAgents, before this century, server storage was at a premium. Technology has advanced beyond that now. You no longer need to be concerned about making "too many posts" and drawing the ire of the forum owners.

My office system is less organized than yours, more than likely. It's one of those where noone else could find a given item, but I can go right to it. For instance, important family documents are kept in the refridgerator.

I have a great filing system for my Scope Of Appointments. Last one in... is on the top of the pile. They are filed based on the order in which received.
