My first MA experience was with Sterling. We were flown to WA and trained for a week about Medicare and related topics. It's a captive agreement in GA. They have you do your own telemarketing and set up appointments. You are paid very little for enrollments. I left when OEP ended and I am glad I did. They offer MA, MAPD, Med. Supp., Life, and Long Term Care via Combined. If you use the same practices as an independent, you make 4 to 5 time more money.
