STM

This is from the agent STM guide:

1) He needs to be a U.S. citizen with at least 1 year on the country
2) Hazardous activities and occupations aren't covered. Now it says college sports aren't covered but I don't think it's a stetch to assum pro athletes also aren't covered.

He is a US citizen. The Time STM app for GA makes no mention of a residency requirement which is why I asked the RSD. I have it in writing from him. Sent him a follow up email to confirm.

Even if that is shot down, I still have KP and Petersen as options.

Frankly, he would be better off with KP.

All I'm saying it is clearly says it doesn't cover professional or non-professional sports. And the residency requirements aren't on the app but in the agent guidelines.

Update.

After reviewing both the KP coverage and the STM from Time, the client has opted for the KP plan.

Neither plan has a residency requirement nor occ exclusion. This has been confirmed in writing from both carriers as well as a review of explicit language in the appropriate agent guide and application.

The KP coverage, while more expensive, is far superior in benefits.

Thx for the feedback.

Yeah, I know.

He only has 14 years in the industry, 8 with Time. You would think if anyone would know how to read the agents STM guide and application he would.

I only have 32 years in the industry and 20+ years of dealing with Time.

You would think I would know better too.

Scary as Hell.
