Anyone use it today? I just did, client client said was unable to click the I agree button, was grayed out (E sig option). She said she had the document check marked (that was my guess as to why). Does she need to click the review documents button? I looked at the video, it mentions it but don't know if that is the hang up? Called SB but after hours.

Going to try it tomorrow morning for the 1st time. Then I was asked to call SB and let them know how it went.

Then I'll watch the video.

Rolling your only client or is this just going to be a test app?

Is e-sig the only option? If so, that blows...

They have a voice sig option also. Might be the better choice, but even that there is some code they have to have. Why can't everyone just clone New Era or Medico?
Update, she must of figured it out, I just got the confirmation on my end and signed myself. Now I will wait to see how many amendments are need.

Voice signature is worthless. Client still needs to have all the forms in front of him. The only viable alternative is the e-sig.

I may only use paper apps because that way I can be sure of an amendment because I didn't use a capital letter to start the name of the prior carrier.

Stupid question. What is an amendment? Is it like a waiting period for pre exisiting?

Stonebridge makes you do an amendment after each submitted application. This means you need their requested changes signed and initialed from the client and you need to resubmit. Amendments are required with Stonebridge for any of the following:

1) They don't like your handwriting
2) They don't like the font you used if you went fillable PDF
3) Like Rick said, if you do not use a capital letter in each word
4) You're a licensed agent authorized to offer Stonebridge
5) You fog a mirror

I submitted 2 e-apps in the past hour. I penciled in the info on the paper app and after saying goodbye to applicants entered them online. Couldn't be happier with this system.

I suspect this will eliminate 90% of the amendment requirements leaving only typos. So I was uber careful with spelling and am confident everything will work out.

Stonebridge is re-visiting all the amendment issues and I'm hopeful they'll finally allow the agent to correct and initial minor errors without the need for amendments.

If my prospects don't have email then I'm back to paper. With any luck 60-70% will have email so I can do the e-app.

Did you use the voice sig or e-sig Rick? I'm guessing E-sig?
