Just get a hosting plan like godaddy 5.99 a month for like 1000 gigs or whatever it is and then upload your files to your ftp/hosting acct using filezillia for free....YOu will always have a back up of your files secure and also be able to host your website or anything you need.

Sitenester.com with vtiger managing it shd be your ticket. Godady is about 4 times the price for the same service.

Any of these are good... Don't worry about Blackberry access. Just get Tetherberry and you can access them on your laptop using your Blackberry as a modem wherever there is cell service. $50/ year on sale now for &25. Go to tetherberry dot com.

You guys still tote around a laptop? I have access to everything I need on my 'Berry, don't need to worry about having my laptop stolen out of my car or carrying it around, and spend more time selling instead of internet browsing at Panera/Starbucks.

Great source. And they're HIPAA compliant (or at least were when I was checking in to them a while back).

Not to mention they have a Blackberry app.

Yup. The real term for what the first poster is looking for is an inline Lock Box. HIPAA compliant is a must for any privacy data.

I also want to recommend that everyone buy a cheap usb flash drive,,,4 gigs is like 20 bucks at walmart.... You need to back up important things local also. I carry a 8 gig little jump drive the size of my finger nail in my wallet...

No matter what you do, be sure and back up your files...sooner or later you computer will crash...
