Big Pharma has certainly been able to exploit the Part D for nearly 20 years.
Have you ever looked at how much the drugs cost for LIS folks? These people are getting high dollar drugs for cheap... who pays for it?
I think what we are seeing is a combo of the big pharma impact, and how dependent the MA providers have become on MA subsidies for their bottom line. Every year they get more money, and this time they didnt. They dont want to cut benefits too much, so they are cutting elsewhere.... aka agents...

It’s actually very coherent and pretty straightforward. Sorry if you’re having trouble grasping the concepts laid out. That’s a “you” problem. The idea is to post here and raise awareness of how to go about countering what’s going on. For Christ sake, this isn’t f**king rocket science. There’s an army of agents here. Do your part. Simple.
If you want to raise awareness, do TikTok and similar outreach. People gobble that up. You could even wear a white lab coat, with a stethoscope around your neck, (dont proclaim to be in any profession, unless you are). Poeole dont typically fact check sources anymore

You have an interesting perspective. I understand the concepts laid out; it is just that I do not believe that an “army of agents” is capable of changing the situation. Also, your post is poorly written, which can weaken your position.
I read a rambling and wordy tirade with inappropriate colloquialisms, text inconsistencies, poor word choice, punctuation mistakes, and other errors. Your solutions, which you laid out in the 4 strategies, are feeble.
If you are trying to win over hearts and minds to your cause, you may want to improve the communication of your position and present more effective strategies.
