Subject Line for Email to Aged Internet Leads

I am going to start incorporating aged leads into my marketing efforts.

My plan is to approach them by phone, letter, and email. Biggest obstacle for me is writing a subject line for the email.

As of yet, I have not thought of a subject line that would prompt me to open it if I received it from someone I did not know.

Any suggestions/experience writing subject lines for email marketing?
