Subsidy for 18 Year Old and Enrollment

I have a 18-year-old that will be moving out of the family and will turn 19 in April.
She does not qualify for a subsidy now but when she turns 19 in three months.
Can I write her a policy pay full premium and then change income when she turns 19 and could she then get a subsidy?

Are you 100% sure she isn't eligible for aptc? no parents to claim her as dependent until she turns 19? you could do that via cic life change but may screw up your comp

id sell off-exchange now maybe and do it on-x when 19 to get csr aptc.
