i dont have a copy of sugar or vtiger on my server anymore, i ultimately moved to QQ solutions because i just needed to focus my time selling and a program where i can rely on.
i am not saying sugarcrm and vtiger is not reliable. my initial focus was to set it up to keep track of my small client base, but i've started to get into the the market in between small and middle market and they needed me to focus more on servicing them.
sugarcrm and vtiger worked great for anyone who needed it for organizing their agency
i had invoice, quoting, auto fill application forms, auto reminders, client data, etc... all via add ons from sugarforge
