Supreme Court Seems Likely to Leave Affordable Care Act in Place

Honestly, Trump overplayed his hand by reducing the individual mandate to zero. If you prove severability is possible, there's no argument in saying that the individual mandate is so integral to the law that you have to dismantle the whole thing.

Maybe, just maybe, Congress can work on either fixing it or actually producing a plan for consideration to remove it.
