I got an experienced telemarketer calling for me 20 hrs a week calling seniors for final expense. I'm also looking into a Mojo dialer. I need a ball park number of leads I can expect to get each week ?

Now since I have spent the last week training telemarketers, this idea for FE crossed my mind as well....

Depending on what you're calling a lead, your script, and the area you should get 3-8 leads/day out of it. Mojo vs hand dialing is a no brainer, telemarketers are WAY more effective using a predictive like that.

I using your script Jody and using a telemarketer with eight year experience.
It will be interesting to see how that script turns out...

Depends on what country they are in and what type of results the can generate. $10/hr stateside is usually a good place to start, half that if you are talking to folks overseas with little accent.

I'm on MOJO now calling for FE leads. I usually get a solid lead an hour. My tele will be back Monday... thank goodness. It is taxing. I would rather put my energy into my sales presentation.
Hire a tele for $8.00 bucks with a bonus for leads. It all generally works out to $12 an hour. I also cross sell med supps (when I find the rare individual that is not on zero premium MA here in Fl)
I don't do well with mailers... too costly and to many non English speakers.

What script do you use insureitnow? What zips do you target, rural or urban or both?
