In general, when one of your health insurers assigns your client to a new policy for 2016, or renews the existing plan, will the commission be calculated on that 2016 premium..be it higher or lower?

Depends upon the company, Allen. They all do it differently.

BCBSTX went to previous/lowest in the last commission update. So I would assume IL did, too.
