The Cost of "Free" Health Care in Canada

In a state that didn't expand medicaid you'd have to pay them back if you made less than what you needed to make to qualify to even sign up for ACA care with a subsidy.

FL didn't expand Medicaid and I've never had someone had to pay anything back if they didn't make enough. My brother hasnt made enough for about 8 years and never owes anything back.

My state they will make you pay it back. I have read that there are plans to crack down on that across states but then again who knows what will happen.

That's funny. How are they going to make the person pay it back, if they can't meet the low income standard?

I'd like to see the statute on that item.
