The Dismantling of ObamaCare - Ongoing Updates.

One of my clients on an old execucare family plan by blue since 15 years ago.
Probably started out paying 400 to 500 a month family 5. Now he's paying $4200 family of three.

I'm on a family plan I know where my rates are headed
And just received another letter saying they're going to allow me to keep my plan another year maybe

Looks like enough frogs are staying in the wheel barrow. Vote manana

Waste of time and money.

Its DOA in the Senate

And its not like we've got an issue with N Korea. Or Russia. Or ISIS.

I totally want our elected officials wasting time on a bill that isn't hitting the oval office....

Not to mention that the bill is worse than the first one they came up with.

IF somehow this was passed, it would guarantee a landslide Dem win in 2020... and Single Payor starting in 2021. Thats if it didnt implode first.

Letting states "deal with things" will screw tens of millions of people.... in many different ways. The parts of Obamacare that passed the buck to states created some of the biggest loopholes.

My state cant even fix a pothole correctly.... much less fix healthcare.

I ride bike(cycles) with 2 good friends. We've been riding together for 15yrs or more ad stay friends regardless of what's going on with economy, politics or whatever. Mostly, we just acknowledge each others opinion and their right to have it. I'm the centrist of the group. We can agree on what most of the issues are. We can even come up with implementation that doesn't completely violate each others core values. None of the implementation is change for change sake.

Much of this stuff in politics is akin to urinating off the high side of a sail boat. Sometimes you gotta pee but downwind is a better choice. Trump seems to be trying to push stupid crap that will either do nothing or not be passed simply to look like he's keeping his promises. The implementation has been horrible and some things shouldn't have been promised.

Looking only at results: ACA reform - horrible with no politically acceptable solution in sight. Dropping HUUUUge bomb - no results. Mostly just wasted a bomb for show, Muslim ban - wouldn't accomplish its stated purpose, is mostly just racist spewing and blocked as it should be, deporting Mexicans - mostly causing labor problems, stopping of visa renewal - created more problems by suddenly turning people that have been here legally for years into illegal. We still need their skills and labor & they need the work. The list goes on and on and on and on and on and on.

**** Trump.

A fellow agent told me that if someone goes without continuous coverage they go into the risk pool for one year. I read the bill I didn't see where it says one year only. I think it would be permanent am I wrong or is he wrong.

The bill that is currently available has had mass change in the last 48 hours. I would hold off on reading anything older than that and commenting until we see the actual bill.
