The New, Fun SBC Requirement

This is from CareFirst:

"IMPORTANT: If a client requests a printed copy of the SBC, agents are required to provide the
appropriate document within seven (7) business days from the initial request date.
 SBCs will contain both medical and Rx information.
 Dental and Over 65 products are excluded from the SBC mandate"
