The Value of a High PR Link

I have Wordpress based sites with a plugin that automatically updates my sitemap and notifies search engines. Don't see why I would need this too.

I don't claim to know much about promoting a site, but I would have to question taking advice from someone who has a site with an Alexa rank over 1.2 million, PR 0, targets key words "guaranteed health insurance" and get's 59% of their traffic from the Ukraine.

It's more for other sites that you have your back links on and not your site ....

Another way to get your backlinks indexed faster is make them into an rss feed..
